  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

🚚 Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across Pakistan.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

⏱ Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–6 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier operations.

đŸ’ŗ Cash on Delivery (COD)

We proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) throughout Pakistan.

Customers are required to:

  • Provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • Keep their phone number active for delivery confirmation.
  • Pay the full order amount upon delivery.

💰 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, TRIO HMF may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation message.
  • A tracking number (when available).
  • Courier details to help you monitor your shipment.

❌ Failed Deliveries

A delivery may fail if:

  • The customer is unavailable.
  • The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.
  • The customer refuses to accept the order.

If an order is returned due to any of the above reasons, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.

📝 Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us before your order has been dispatched.

Once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

If your package appears damaged during delivery:

  • Inspect the package before accepting it.
  • Take clear photos of the package and product.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

We will review the issue and assist you with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
